Payment Methods. DigitalPersona accepts the following credit cards for payment: American Express, Master Card, and Visa. All credit card charges, for orders shipping outside of the US, will be made in US dollars.

Shipping Policy. Orders for hardware product (readers, keyboards and modules) will only be accepted for shipping addresses within the United States and Canada. All orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes and are the customer's responsibility to pay at the time of receipt.

DigitalPersona uses United Parcel Service (UPS) as its shipping carrier for all orders fulfilled from this web site. Please note that UPS does not accept a PO Box as a valid shipping address.

The billing address you submit for your credit card bill will be used as the shipping address for your order.

Sales Tax. Orders shipped to the following states are subject to applicable state sales tax: California, Florida, New Jersey and Texas. In accordance with state tax laws, tax is calculated on the total amount of the order, which includes the price of the item and shipping charges.

Estimated Order Processing & Shipping Time/Tracking Your Order. Orders for hardware product are processed within three (3) business days. Once an order ships from our facility in Redwood City, CA, the shipping time will vary depending on the destination. The table below provides approximate shipping times:

Upon shipment of your order, you will automatically receive tracking information from United Parcel Service (UPS) which will enable you to track your order via the UPS web site.

Risk of Loss. Title to products passes from DigitalPersona to you upon shipment from DigitalPersona's facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping is your responsibility.

Missing or Incorrect Items. You must notify DigitalPersona within seven (7) days of the date you receive your order if you believe any part of your purchase is missing or incorrect. If you have received an incorrect item, please do not open or use the item. We cannot accept open items for return.

Returns. With the exception for the return of incorrect items, all purchases all final.

Limited Warranty. DigitalPersona hardware products come with one (1) year limited warranty; the one (1) year period starts from the date you purchased the product. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. To read the full text of our limited warranty, please click here.
